First Community Title is a company with deep roots and a history in Bell County, our dedicated employees, past and present 
are the heart and soul of the company. We, the staff of First Community Title, honor those that have come before us, such as Mrs. Merle Whitlow and Mr. William Stephens, by holding to their high standards and emphasis on customer service. Through the years, ownership has passed hands from the Lusk family, to Jim Bowmer and William Courtney, and on. We are proud to be locally owned and operated by Central Community Corporation.
Our research facility is located across from the historic Bell County Courthouse on the town square. This building, at one time, was home to the entire operation, with research or "plant" on the upper floor, and the escrow department on the ground level. Currently, First Community Title has closing offices in Temple, Salado and Killeen with ample time and space to schedule your closing. Each office is casual and comfortable for our employees and customers, and decorated with a slight eclectic "Texan" flare.
Title Insurance Policy Rates are regulated by the State of Texas. You have a choice when it comes to selecting a title company. We feel the quality of service we provide to our customers is the key. Returned phone calls, reasonable processing times, open communication and courteous service throughout your transaction are our priority.Please drop by for a soft drink, a cup of coffee, or a warm cookie when you are in the neighborhood.
